Containerized trees are a great value at $100 for a container of 198 trees (Guaranteed 90% full holes). They are shipped in the styroblock containers which allow for greater planting flexibility. They can be held in the styroblock containers for several weeks prior to planting with proper watering. Individually wrapped they make a great seedling for promotional events and weddings. Norway Spruce are among the fastest growing varieties of evergreens. They prefer cool climates and adapt to different soil conditions. The trees range from 5 to 10 inches in length. The Norway Spruce has dense foliage with fast growth. They are an ideal choice for privacy and windrows. They are resistant to disease. Our seed source comes from a U.S. Forest Service Seed Orchard originated near Eagle River WI in 1933.
